Version 1.2b (11/11/09), 3:10 PM):
Reports
A report to view and print the iLead details on 1 page is now available. Click on the reports link directly above the booking notice tab. Run the report by clicking on the iLead Details link and then enter in the Lead ID and Search. To print, select the print icon.
Attachment Issue Resolution
For all attachments, DO NOT use the following characters in the file name:
- Period .
- Ampersand &
- Single Quote ‘
- Quote “
- Question Mark ?
These have been the source of the issue of not being able to view, attach or remove files.
Version 1.2a Software Update (10/13/09, 9:11 AM):
The iLead software has been enhanced. For details, please select the Version link (bottom right portion of this page).
Internet Explorer Earlier Version Support (10/9/09, 1:30 PM):
We are aware that some iLead features are NOT compatible with earlier versions of the Internet Explorer (ex: IE 5, IE 6). We will be addressing this issue.
Enhancement & Fixes (10/7/09, 3:25 PM):
The following enhancements/fixes are now available:
- Hotel Administrator, Hotel User & ConVis Sales Login Pages. Added a Version link to document software enhancements & fixes. See the Version page (using the Version link for further details).
- Hotel Profile page. Fixed image upload and tighten tab control changes.
- Hotel Proposal page. Tighten tab control changes.
Function Issues (10/5/09, 9:27 AM):
We are currently working on the following issues:
- All email notifications are turned off since the SDCVB email server is currently down.
- The hotel profile is currently being worked on to fix all the issues related to it.
- The hotel administrator's Sales Users link is currently being worked on.
Shutdown Notification (9/25/09, 3:42PM):
We had to restart the web server to improve the user response time.
As of this time, iLead is again available. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Enhanced Sales Users link (9/25/09):
The Sales Users link used by the hotel administrators is currently unavailable. I am currently working on this feature to make it realtime.

Go-live (9/21/09):
Please Do not be concerned when you see blank screens for your active leads!!! All of the leads in the former system have been moved over to the new system as “DUPE”. HOWEVER, they will not show up on your screen until the ConVis sales directors basically “distribute” them through the new system which they will be doing all this week. You will see “DUPE” at the end of the Account Name for all leads previously distributed to you.
Your enthusiasm for the new system is wonderful!! PLEASE know that we expect to have some issues just as you would expect for any conversion, especially one like this that has so many new users. Your patience while we settle in with the new system will be greatly appreciated!!!!
We are certain that the new system will be very helpful to our hotel community for many reasons. Real time communication, proposal flexibility, more attachment capability, status updates, revision ability and audit trails are just some of the many improvements this program delivers!
