Note
- Enter your user name, password, email and contact phone number. Confirm the password to make sure you entered it correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive, and the values you enter in the Password and Confirm Password fields must be exactly the same.
- Fields in yellow indicates required fields - you must enter a value into these fields.
Password Policy
- Passwords must contain at least 5 alphanumeric characters
- Passwords must not be more than 30 characters
- At least one of the characters must be a number
- Passwords must begin with an alphabetic character (A-Z, a-z). Passwords cannot begin with a number, the underscoe (_), the dollar sign ($), or the number sign (#).
- Check the state of the Caps Lock key when entering the passwords, since passwords are case sensitive.
