Reports 

A report to view and print the iLead details on 1 page is now available. Click on the reports link directly above the booking notice tab. Run the report by clicking on the iLead Details link and then enter in the Lead ID and Search. To print, select the print icon.

Attachment Issue Resolution

For all attachments, DO NOT use the following characters in the file name:

• Period .
• Ampersand &
• Single Quote ‘
• Quote “
• Question Mark ?

These have been the source of the issue of not being able to view, attach or remove files.

Version 1.2a Updates (10/13/09):

• Login page. 
  • Explain how to login into the system.
  • Display the current user logged in.
• Meeting Planner page.  Enhanced the Meeting Planner page to be viewed by the meeting planner, hotel users, and ConVis users:
  • Meeting planners:
    • Can view all proposals, except for alternate proposals via the email link sent to them when hotels make a proposal.
    • (Hotel Request).  A record in the hotel audit trail is updated to track when the meeting planner view a hotel proposal.
  • Hotel users:
    • Can view only their proposals using the Lead ID link from the hotel main page.
    • (Hotel Request).  The hotel audit trail displays when meeting planners view their proposal.
  • ConVis users:
    • Can view all proposals, including alternate proposals.  This is possible by selecting the Account Name link from the iLead Sales main page.
• Email.  Fix and enhance all email notifications throughout the entire system.
  • Meeting Planner emails
    • New iLead.  Unless specified by the meeting planner not to receive new iLead notifications, the meeting planner receives a email when the iLead is initially distributed.
    • Hotel Proposal.  Unless specified by the meeting planner not to receive any hotel proposals, the meeting planner receives an email when hotels transmit proposals.
  • Hotel user emails
    • Send to.  By default, all emails to hotel members are sent to the assigned iLead user (if the iLead is assigned) or to the hotel administrator/s (if the iLead is not assigned).  A copy of the email is sent to the Copy To address/es as specified by the hotel administrator.
    • View iLead page (hotel request).  All email notifications contains a link to view the entire iLead in 1 web page, which can be printed by the users.
    • New iLead.
      • When ConVis distributes an iLead to a hotel, an email notification is sent to the users specified in the Hotel user email’s Send To section.
    • Revised iLead.
      • When ConVis revises an iLead, an email notification is sent to the iLead hotel distribution list users specified in the Hotel user email’s Send To section.
    • Assign/Re-assign iLead.
      • (Hotel Request).  When an assign/re-assign iLead function is performed, the following email notifications are sent to:  the new assigned user (email to), the previous assigned user (email cc), the hotel administrator/s, and to the Copy To address/es as specified by the hotel administrator.
    • Decline iLead.
      • (Hotel Request).  When a non-iLead administrator hotel user declines an, the following email notifications are sent to:  the hotel administrator/s, and to the Copy To address/es as specified by the hotel administrator.
  • ConVis user emails
    • New iLead.
      • ConVis sales managers are copied when an email is sent to the meeting planner during the iLead initial distribution.
      • ConVis sales managers are copied when an email is sent to each hotel during an iLead initial distribution.
    • Revised iLead.
      • ConVis sales managers are copied when an email is sent to the hotels during an iLead revision.

• Version page.  Add this (Version) page to list all software changes to iLead.  This page is accessible in all login pages using the Version link located in the login page’s bottom right.

Version 1.1 Updates (9/21/09):

• Overlap proposal dates (hotel request).  Allow dates within the same iLead to overlap when creating multiple proposals.
• Re-assign iLead (hotel request).  Allow hotel users to re-assign an iLead except when the iLead is closed.  Send an email to the hotel administrator/s when a non-administrator performs the re-assignment.
• Decline email (hotel request).  Send an email to the hotel administrator/s when a non-administrator declines an iLead.
• Proposal Updates (hotel requet).  Allow proposals to be updated by hotels before the Decision Status stage (meeting planner selects a proposal).  Long proposal updates with a version number and date.
• Main Page default sort sequence.  Defined default sort sequences in the Sales, Hotel Administrator and Hotel main pages.
• Save button (hotel request).  Use the [Save] button instead of the [Submit] button.
